What does individual therapy look like?Every client is unique and so is their presenting concerns. My therapeutic approach is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). It's important that we collaborate on your care and develop goals in which I can support your process of healing, embracing, and thriving to your fullest ability.

How often do we meet?Every client is unique and so are their needs regarding how long/often therapy is necessary. This will be further explored during the intake session.

How long are sessions?Intake sessions are 60-minutes while subsequent follow-up sessions are 45-minutes.

How much are the fees?Initial Intake session (60-minutes) $300 Follow up sessions: 45-minutes $240 60-minutes $300 *Longer sessions are available if needed No Surprises Act It is important that you have an idea of the costs of services. You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. While individual client’s needs and length of treatment are different, the estimate cost based on an intake session and 12 follow up appointments is typically in the range of $3,200-$3800. Clients pay as they go, so you only pay for services received. Do you take insurance?I am a private pay practice; I am not in-network with insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company regarding out-of-network benefits. You may also be able to use your health savings account (HSA) for therapy. If you would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I will happily provide you with the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company. Through your online portal, you will receive an invoice each session and a monthly superbill that includes all of the information necessary for you to file for reimbursement.

Do you offer emergency services?As a solo provider, I cannot provide after hours or emergency care services. If you are in crisis, please go to your local emergency room, call 911, or the Mobile Crisis Line (Matrix) at 704-566-3410. How do I make an appointment?Complete the contact form or email me regarding an appointment. I want to make sure I'm the best possible provider for your specific needs. I will send you a link via email to my Client Portal in which you are able to sign all paperwork and make appointments electronically.
